My name is Anne Warady, and my husband Scot, grew up with Nikki and Dana in Homewood-Floosmoor. We were thrilled when we discovered Nikki teaching at “Buffalo Grove Gymnastics”, where both my daughter and son were taking classes. I will never ever forget her kindness, enthusiasm, and willingness to give of herself, in any capacity. She even offered to come to our house over one summer to engage the kids in strength-training exercises! Nikki’s spirit was truly illuminating, and I feel so very blessed that our lives converged. My children really loved her. We are all better people because of having known Nikki.
We are all so deeply sorry for your loss. Our hearts and prayers are with you. May you find some comfort in knowing how much she was loved. Nikki’s bright, generous spirit will remain in all of our hearts forever.

On behalf of myself and Marcia Hartman,we are sending our deepest condolences to the Eisenberg family. We both worked with Dana, and we knew Nikki through her sister, as well as having some fun and laughs with her when she came to visit us at the John Hancock buliding. Dana was so proud of Nikki, and bragged about her all the time. It is so tragic that this happened, but hoping that she is at peace and knows how much her family adored her. Our thoughts are with all of you……

Nikki and I went to Homewood-Flossmoor together. What impressed me most about her was her confidence, even as a teenager. She had so much integrity and was a loyal friend. On top of those qualities,Nikki was fun loving, silly, smart, talented and powerful. We sang “Together at Last” together in a recital at Freedom Hall and had so much fun figuring out the choreography. She will be greatly missed by anyone who knew her. My thoughts are especially with her family who were always very welcoming to me; I will remember my wonderful friend forever.

The memories are many. We began our friendship when she started working at IDOC.
We would have long discussions, sharing our experiences, getting to know each other.
Nikki was great to have around, always pleasant, warm, and accepting. I will miss her along with many others who will miss her. She was a delight to know and a wonderful friend.

I worked with Nikki at the probation office. We maintained a friendship after. She always made me laugh and I loved her free spirit. She always saw the silver lining. She will be missed.

Arthur & Susan,
It is with great sadness that I am learning today of the passing of Nicole. I will always remember her as being nice to everyone she met; it was rare that she ever uttered a cross word about others. Rather, she saw the better aspects of people. I will always admire that about her. Nicole was a truly genuine person.
I remember Nik introducing me to the two of you and both of you opening your home to me. Those are fond memories. There truly are no words to express how very sorry I am for your loss. My hope is that Nicole is at peace and that you and your family will also find peace. You are all in my thoughts.
